Donna Kristian Interiors delivers to all UK addresses.
We aim to deliver most items within 3 – 10 working days. We will attempt to notify you if for some reason an item’s delivery will be delayed. You will be informed by email when your item has been despatched.
Donna Kristian Interiors does not currently ship outside of the UK
Our usual delivery terms are:
For smaller items the postage fee is £9.95 standard
FURNITURE – Due to the size and weight of these items they will be delivered by courier, in most instances on a pallet; for a charge of £45. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of in stock items. If you have a specific deadline you require an item for, please enquire about delivery prior to ordering. Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can advise you accordingly. We usually deliver most items within 3 – 10 working days. Please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to receive your parcel. Please do not leave instructions for parcels to be left in an another location (garage, neighbour etc) as we do not accept liability if you do not receive your parcel.
We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact us or the courier company, we will refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier for returning the goods to us.
We use a variety of courier services and will select the most appropriate service for your order. However much as we try, sometimes due to circumstances out of our control, (e.g. poor weather, holidays or during peak periods with the couriers) dates quoted for delivery can only be estimated delivery dates and may be subject to change depending on the carrier. We do not offer refunds for delays that are beyond the control of Donna Kristian Interiors or their carriers.
AMENDING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact email@example.com immediately and we will cancel or amend your order accordingly providing it has not already been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you will need follow the returns procedure (below) once you receive your goods.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are sure you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Donna Kristian Interiors but if you do want to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Return’ in the subject line of your email within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please ensure you provide us with your name, order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return and reasons why.
Unwanted items (unless faulty) must be returned in re-saleable condition. This means that the items are undamaged and unused and returned in the original packaging with any labels attached. All items are thoroughly checked once we receive them back before a refund is issued.
The customer is responsible for the original postage/courier costs and costs of returning the item (unless faulty). Please note that all items are thoroughly checked prior to leaving the premises so should arrive in perfect condition. Proof of damage in transit must be via photographic evidence.
Once the goods have been received and checked by us, we will issue a refund to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order within 30 days. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage and adequate postal insurance to cover items being returned to us as we do not provide refunds for items damaged in transit back to our premises or not received back to our premises.
We make every effort to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct and accurate as possible. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. While the colour reproduction, material description and dimensions of the products are a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in size or material nor colour caused by the browser software, monitor colour contrasts or computer system used by you.
When you receive goods that require assembly, prior to installing, it is very important that you check the instructions and any parts list to ensure that you have all the relevant parts and that you can fit the product in strict accordance with the manufacturers instructions. We cannot refund products that have been wrongly fitted or be responsible for any consequences of mis-fitting our products.
In the event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours by email at email@example.com and we will make the necessary arrangements to collect the damaged/faulty goods.
We will ask you to email photographic evidence of the damage.
Please note it is critical that you keep all the original packaging and repack the item with care. Our courier will make the collection, and upon inspection at our premises, a refund, or replacement sent at our expense, will be arranged.
